All Sales Are Final

At Whimsy & Co., every piece is created in small batches or custom ordered just for you. Because of the artistic, made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

While all sales are final, your happiness and confidence in our products matter deeply.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item whenever possible.

To request a replacement:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label

We will cover the cost of replacement shipping.

If the item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.

  • Replacements are provided only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Store credit is issued only when a replacement is not available.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Because items are produced in small quantities, replacement availability may vary.
