At Whimsy & Co., every item is created in small batches or custom-ordered just for you. We take great care in preparing, packaging, and sending your order so it arrives safely and beautifully.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase.
Because many of our products are created or ordered specifically for you, this window allows time for production, quality checks, and careful packaging.
If your order ships sooner (and it often does!), you’ll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are clearly listed for each item during checkout.
Costs vary based on product type, weight, and destination.
You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your order—no surprises.
SHIPPING METHOD & TRACKING
All orders include tracking.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Most orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the item and location.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is delayed, stalled, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Of course, if an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos so we can send a replacement.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered by the customer.
If the package returns to us, we’re happy to reship it—additional shipping charges will apply.
